Master Diana has taken a unique approach to introduce children and their families to the martial arts journey. With all the senseless violence in our world, Master Diana believes that it is more important to build respectful and resilient children that can give back to society in a meaningful way. The junior program complements the education that our children are getting at school and improves social and individual interaction.

TAEKWONDO

Taekwondo (3-6 years old)

Introducing children to different activities from a young age is important for their development.

This is a program for preschool and kindergarten aged children that focuses on developing gross motor skills, coordination, flexibility, strength and speed. Research has proven that using a fun, games-based approach is ideal for this age group so they can learn new skills, whilst having fun at the same time!

Thursday: 3.45pm - 4.30pm

Saturday: 10.00am - 10:45am

TAEKWONDO

Taekwondo (7 - 18 years)

Targeted at school-aged children, this program further develops gross motor skills as well as adding martial arts into the program. Children at this age can focus for longer periods of time, so basic martial arts patterns are introduced to further enhance their martial arts training.

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing (Adults)

At our kickboxing classes, you can expect a full-body workout that engages every muscle group in your body, with a strong focus on your core. The rapid movements in kickboxing also improve flexibility, balance, and coordination, and can help improve your reflexes. This is a great way to improve your fitness and learn martial arts under the guidance of a qualified instructor.

The class don’t just train together – they have made lasting friendships, and, at the end of each term, we celebrate by sharing a meal together!
